You are responsible for making sure any image, reference, prompt, or upload you provide does not infringe someone else's copyright, trademark, publicity rights, or other legal rights.
If you use the image generator, you must keep prompts original and avoid requests that reproduce protected characters, logos, or branded artwork.
Worlds, stories, comments, and other community content may include mature themes. You are responsible for deciding whether a world or session is appropriate for you.
You must not use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content that is illegal, exploitative, hateful, harassing, non-consensual, or otherwise unlawful under applicable law.
You must not attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, overload, or bypass the Service, including its rate limits, safety filters, payment controls, or access restrictions.
You also must not use the Service to collect data from other users without permission, impersonate another person, or interfere with the operation of the platform.
The Service may use a usage-based credit or token system. Charges are based on consumption, model selection, and related processing costs.
Unless required by law, purchases and consumed credits are non-refundable. We may update pricing, model availability, or usage rules from time to time to reflect provider or infrastructure changes.
