Nova Celora(the "Service") is a general-purpose interactive storytelling platform for creating and playing AI-assisted narrative sessions, worlds, and community creations. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our related policies. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These terms apply to all visitors, accounts, sessions, worlds, mods, and community activity on the platform.
In these Terms, "Nova Celora," "we," "us," and "the Company" refer to the operator of the Service. You may contact us at any time at [email protected].
The Service is intended for adults 18 years of age or older. Because some user-generated worlds and stories may contain mature themes, we limit access to adults. By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement.
You are responsible for keeping your registration information accurate and for using the Service only where it is lawful to do so.
You are responsible for your account credentials, all activity that occurs under your account, and any actions taken through your login session.
You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised or used without permission.
The Service generates story content using AI models. Output may be fictional, incomplete, inaccurate, or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before relying on it or sharing it.
Narrative output is generated automatically by third-party AI models in response to your inputs. We do not author, pre-screen, endorse, or control this output, and it does not represent our views.
You are responsible for making sure any image, reference, prompt, or upload you provide does not infringe someone else's copyright, trademark, publicity rights, or other legal rights.
If you use the image generator, you must keep prompts original and avoid requests that reproduce protected characters, logos, or branded artwork.
The Service provides interactive fiction and collaborative storytelling for entertainment. Characters, narrators, personas, and worlds are fictional. Even where a character expresses thoughts, feelings, or opinions, it is a work of fiction generated by AI — not a real person, and not a companion, friend, or relationship.
The Service is not a source of professional advice. It does not provide medical, mental-health, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and you must not rely on it as such. It is not therapy, counseling, or a substitute for professional help or human connection.
The Service is not an emergency or crisis service. If you or someone else may be in danger, or you are experiencing thoughts of self-harm or suicide, contact your local emergency services or a qualified crisis helpline immediately. You are responsible for your own wellbeing and for taking breaks from extended use.
You keep ownership of the content you create and submit. To run the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, copy, adapt, format, display, and process that content for the purposes of operating, securing, supporting, and improving the Service.
As between you and us, any output the AI generates for you in a private session belongs to you to the extent it is eligible for ownership. Because outputs are produced by shared AI models, similar or identical output may be generated for other users, and we make no promise of exclusivity.
We may use content and usage data to operate, secure, and improve the Service, including its safety systems. Story content is processed by third-party AI providers under their own terms, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or any obligation to you.
Nova Celora is a general-purpose platform for interactive storytelling and worldbuilding. Because worlds, stories, comments, and other content are user-generated and AI-assisted, some material may include mature themes. We use automated filtering and act on reports to limit and remove content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy, but we cannot guarantee that all such content is prevented. You are responsible for deciding whether a world or session is appropriate for you, and for reporting content that breaks our rules.
You must not use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content that is illegal, exploitative, hateful, harassing, non-consensual, or otherwise unlawful under applicable law.
We have an absolute, zero-tolerance policy against any content that sexualizes minors. You may not create, request, generate, upload, store, link to, or share any sexual or sexualized content that depicts, describes, or implies a person under 18 — even where it is AI-generated, drawn, written, or otherwise fictional, and regardless of how a character's age is framed.
We use automated screening and human review to prevent and detect this content. Violations result in immediate removal, permanent termination, preservation of relevant data, and reporting to law enforcement and the appropriate authorities. Full details, including other prohibited content and how to report violations, are set out in our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
The Service lets you publish worlds, mods, and other creations for other users. If you publish, you are responsible for ensuring you have all rights necessary to share what you include, and that it complies with these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy.
When you publish a creation, you grant other users a limited license to access and use it within the Service, and you grant us the right to host, display, promote, and distribute it as part of operating the Service.
We may review, refuse, unpublish, or remove any creation, and we may change, limit, or discontinue community and marketplace features at any time. We do not guarantee any level of visibility, availability, or earnings from published creations.
You must not attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, overload, or bypass the Service, including its rate limits, safety filters, payment controls, or access restrictions.
You also must not use the Service to collect data from other users without permission, impersonate another person, or interfere with the operation of the platform.
The Service may use a usage-based credit or token system. Charges are based on consumption, model selection, and related processing costs. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors, and by purchasing you authorize them and us to charge your selected payment method. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.
Unless required by law, purchases and topped-up credits are non-refundable, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country grants a refund or withdrawal right that cannot be waived. If you start a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first, we may suspend your account while we review it. We may update pricing, model availability, or usage rules from time to time to reflect provider or infrastructure changes.
The Service itself — including its software, design, branding, logos, and the "Nova Celora" name — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in line with these Terms. These Terms do not give you any right to our trademarks or branding.
We respect intellectual-property rights and expect users to do the same. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright or other rights, contact us at [email protected] with: a description of the work and the allegedly infringing material, enough detail for us to locate it, your contact information, and a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized.
We may remove or disable access to content we believe is infringing, and we may suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
If your content was removed following a complaint and you believe this was a mistake, you may ask us to review the decision by contacting us at the same address with identification of the removed material, your contact details, and an explanation of why you believe it does not infringe.
We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to the Service if we believe these Terms, our policies, or applicable law have been violated, or if necessary to protect the platform, users, or our providers.
We may also remove content that violates our policies or creates legal, safety, or operational risk.
The Service relies on third-party AI and infrastructure providers to generate content. Their availability, performance, and supported features may change without notice. AI output is produced by these providers' models and is subject to their usage policies; we are not the author of AI-generated content and are not responsible for its accuracy, legality, or fitness for any purpose.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that AI output will be accurate, complete, or appropriate for any purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US$100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nova Celora and its operators, employees, and providers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal costs arising out of or related to: (a) the content you create, upload, publish, or share; (b) your use of the Service; (c) your violation of these Terms or any applicable law; or (d) your infringement of the rights of any third party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nova Celora is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Subject to the paragraph below, the courts of that jurisdiction will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service.
Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory legal rights you have as a consumer, including the right to bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence where local law guarantees that right. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] so we can try to resolve the matter informally.
These Terms, together with the policies referenced in them, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may transfer ours in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including provider outages, network failures, or other force-majeure events.
The sections covering payments, content licenses, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law continue to apply after your use of the Service ends. We will send any notices to the email associated with your account.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date shown on this page and may provide additional notice when appropriate.
