A.Yes. When you edit a world, the Landing Page editor has a built-in image library — open it to upload your own images or generate them with AI, then insert them into your page. Images you add stay private to you while editing and only become publicly visible after you publish the world (and only the ones actually used on the page). If an image stops loading while you're editing, reload the editor to refresh it.
A.Mods are session-level plugins that extend or modify the story experience. Each mod has its own system prompt, optional rules, and lore entries. When active, mod prompts are injected into the AI's instruction layer — they can add dice mechanics, change the narrative tone, track custom state, and more. Mods take precedence over the world's system prompt when there's a conflict. You can create mods from the Mods page and subscribe to mods created by others.

A.Yes — Nova Celora is a Progressive Web App (PWA). For installation, use a Chromium-based browser (Chrome, Edge, Brave, or Opera) on desktop or Android — you'll see an Install prompt, or you can use the install icon in the address bar or the browser menu. Safari and Firefox don't support installable web apps; on iPhone or iPad, open the site in Safari and tap Share → Add to Home Screen.
A.Sometimes the AI hiccups — usually it's heavy traffic or a connection blip. Refresh the page or wait a minute and try again. Still stuck? Check that you haven't run out of credits.
A.Credits are your balance — you buy them and spend them as you play. Behind the scenes, each AI reply uses “tokens” (a measure of how much text the AI reads and writes), and that's what each turn's credit cost is based on. Longer, richer replies cost a bit more. You can track your balance and usage anytime in your account settings.
A.Yes, your stories are associated with your account and are not public unless you explicitly share them. However, content is processed by AI providers as described in our Privacy Policy.
A.Once credits have been topped up, they can't be refunded. If you were charged by mistake, get in touch and we'll sort out any genuine billing errors.
