Adult-Only Service

Nova Celora is intended for adults 18 years of age or older. Content on the platform may include mature, fictional, or community-created material that is not appropriate for minors.

Prohibited Content

Users agree not to use the Service to generate, store, or distribute content that:

• Is illegal or promotes illegal activities.
• Is harmful, abusive, harassing, or threatening.
• Includes sexual content involving minors, exploitative content, or non-consensual sexual content.
• Is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise offensive in ways that violate law or policy.
• Infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Contains sensitive personal information of third parties without consent.
• Uploads, generates, or distributes artwork, logos, or images you do not own or do not have permission to use.
• Prompts the image generator to recreate a copyrighted character, logo, or branded illustration.

Community Safety

You must not use the Service to target, groom, exploit, or expose minors to adult content. You must also not encourage self-harm, violence, or illegal activity.

System Abuse

Users must not attempt to:

• Exploit, reverse engineer, or bypass the Service's limitations.
• Interfere with the stability or performance of the Platform.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without authorization.
• Engage in excessive or abnormal usage patterns that degrade service for other users.
• Circumvent age gates, moderation controls, or access restrictions.

Enforcement

The Company reserves the right to monitor usage and remove content, limit access, or terminate accounts that violate this Acceptable Use Policy.
