Eligibility and Mature Content

Nova Celora is a general-purpose platform for interactive storytelling and worldbuilding. Access is limited to adults 18 years of age or older because some user-generated, AI-assisted worlds and stories may contain mature or fictional themes that are not appropriate for minors.

In this policy, "Nova Celora," "we," "us," and "the Company" refer to the operator of the Service. This policy works alongside our Terms of Service.

Zero Tolerance: Child Sexual Content

Nova Celora has an absolute, zero-tolerance policy against any content that sexualizes minors. This is the most serious rule on the platform and it admits no exceptions.

You may not create, request, generate, upload, store, link to, or share any sexual or sexualized content that depicts, describes, or implies a person under 18 years of age. This prohibition applies regardless of whether the content is:

  • AI-generated, written, drawn, animated, or otherwise fictional, including "virtual" or computer-generated depictions;
  • framed as a character who is "actually" an adult, ancient, non-human, or aged-up, while appearing or behaving as a child or adolescent;
  • presented as roleplay, fantasy, parody, a flashback, or any other narrative device.

We use automated screening and human review to prevent and detect this content. Violations result in immediate removal, permanent account termination, and preservation of the relevant data. We will report apparent child sexual abuse material and related conduct to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the appropriate authorities as required by law, and cooperate with lawful requests.

Prohibited Content

Users agree not to use the Service to generate, store, or distribute content that:

  • Is illegal or promotes illegal activities.
  • Is harmful, abusive, harassing, or threatening.
  • Includes sexual content involving minors, exploitative content, or non-consensual sexual content.
  • Is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise offensive in ways that violate law or policy.
  • Infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Contains sensitive personal information of third parties without consent.
  • Uploads, generates, or distributes artwork, logos, or images you do not own or do not have permission to use.
  • Prompts the image generator to recreate a copyrighted character, logo, or branded illustration.

Community Safety

You must not use the Service to target, groom, exploit, or expose minors to mature content. You must also not encourage self-harm, violence, or illegal activity.

System Abuse

Users must not attempt to:

  • Exploit, reverse engineer, or bypass the Service's limitations.
  • Interfere with the stability or performance of the Platform.
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without authorization.
  • Engage in excessive or abnormal usage patterns that degrade service for other users.
  • Circumvent age gates, moderation controls, or access restrictions.

Reporting Violations

If you come across content or behavior that breaks this policy, please report it to us at [email protected]. Reports help us keep the community safe, and we review them as quickly as we reasonably can.

Enforcement

We use automated filtering and human review to enforce this policy and limit prohibited content. Because content is user-generated and AI-assisted, we cannot guarantee that all violating material is prevented, and we rely on user reports to identify it. We act to remove reported violations as quickly as we reasonably can.

The Company reserves the right to monitor usage and remove content, limit access, or terminate accounts that violate this Acceptable Use Policy, with or without notice where appropriate.

You are responsible for the content you create, upload, and share. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for content created by users, and serious violations may be referred to the relevant authorities.
